hi, i’m jody — the hands and heart behind Maymie by jody abram.
my love for all things one of a kind and vintage began at estate sales with my grandmother, Maymie. she had a gift for uncovering forgotten treasures, and i had the joy of helping her sort through costume jewelry, accessories, and antiques. those early experiences sparked a lifelong fascination with pieces that hold history.
before launching this jewelry brand, i had a career in graphic design, which i set aside to embrace the adventure of full-time motherhood. in those years, my creativity found new outlets, from homemaking to hosting, and i always infused beauty and intention into the everyday.
now, i’m channeling that same spirit here. i’ve never stayed in one lane when it comes to fashion. i’ve always thought outside the box, and you’ll see that style come to life in the bold, unexpected details of each piece i create.
